Vision
- PMORALG, will facilitate the empowerment of Tanzanians through autonomous local government institutions geared to reducing poverty.
Mission PMORALG will:
- Champion decentralisation by devolution and will create the requisite conditions for Local Government Authorities to deliver quality services efficiently and equitably,
- Effectively manage the critical interfaces between it and other Ministries as well as development partners and Regional Secretariats and Local Government Authorities,
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous performance improvement, organisational learning and empowerment of all employees to fulfil their maximum potential.
