1.The pick up roller and separation pad were cleaned but the problem is still there, therefore a new separation pad should be replaced.   2.The toner cartridge was checked, the printer was cleaned, and now it is ok. 3.Norton 2003 and WinAntiVirusPro 2006 were removed, McAfee 8 was installed, viruses were scanned and now they are ok.  4.Upgrading windows 98 O.S to windows Millenium, AVG 7 antivirus was removed and McAfee antivirus was installed.   5. A new server machine was installed with Linux Operating system. The data were recovered from the crashed machine disks, and copied to a new server.  Only Inbox data were not recovered.

Special disks will be bought later and the data will be moved to the old server machine, which will have RAID and backup plan.

Discovered mismatched permission in the subfolders of most users. Script to modify permissions on subfolders was written & executed. Thereafter it was confirmed mailboxes are accessible.

3.McAfee 8 was installed. 

Suggestions for improvement:  The ICT equipments of the council need to be serviced regularly. The size of the memory need to be increased.
