1.Viruses were checked and the hard drive was properly configured and terminated, the hard drive was corrupted and therefore it was checked successfully, Upgrading windows 2000 O.S to windows XP SP2, Office 2003 and SPSS11 were installed.

2. Win 2000 SP4 and McAfee 7 were installed.
