The Organization Structure of PMORALG has been structured by adherering to its mandate, Vision and Mission

Overview

In order for PMO-RALG to carry out its functions efficiently and effectively the structure comprises of 9 Divisions, 6 Units and 5 Affiliate Institutions

The Divisions are:-

  1. Division of Administration and Human Resources Management
  2. Division of Policy and Planning
  3. Division of Local Government
  4. Division of Regional Administration
  5. Division of Basic Education
  6. Division of Legal Service
  7. Division of Information, Communication and Technology
  8. Division of Urban Development

The Units are:-

  1. Unit of Internal Audit
  2. Unit of Finance and Accounts
  3. Unit of Procurement and Management
  4. Unit of Sector Coordination
  5. Unit of Infrastructure Development
  6. Unit of Government Communication

Affiliate Institutions are:-

  1. Kibaha Education Centre
  2. Local Government Loans Board
  3. Local Authorities Pension Fund
  4. Dar-es-Salaam Rapid Transit and
  5. Hombolo Local Government Training Institute
